Workout 11/29

Good day of some frontside core work to compliment Mondays posterior work. Sledgehammer swings are always fun.

Warmup: 100 dus/dynamic/ burgener warmup clean grip

Strength: find 3 rep max hang clean

Workout: As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes complete the following:

Row 250 m
10 plyo push-ups
