Workout: 11/17 Snatchy Saturdays

Great heavy, quick day day with a "suffocator" death by shuttle runs.
Hit a new push jerk pr at 260lbs. Pretty psyched about that.
Tomorrow it's Snatchy Saturdays!

Warmup: 1 mile run. Dynamic / bergamot warmup

Strength: Snatch 1 rm

Workout: "Randy"
75 power snatches for time.
